Hello Gautev,

Your question appears to have been cut-off (it's all in the title of the post), so if you could please re-post, we would be happy to help.

If you're trying to figure out how to connect to the database, it does depend on how you connect to it - via an application running on the web server, or via a connection connecting to the server OUTSIDE of the web server. If you're connecting locally through our web server, then the setting is simply "localhost". If you're connecting to the database through an outside connect, you will need to go into your Cpanel and create an entry in the REMOTE MySQL icon. The server connection info would use your URL, and you can setup a user and password within the MYSQL database interface within Cpanel. The default port setting is 3306. This port setting cannot be changed.

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page.

Regards,

Arnel C.
