Hello, Thank you for contacting us, and bringing this to our attention, I was able to replicate the issue in softaculous as well. As a test I was able to install other applications (such as Concrete5), just not the ones you mentioned: Hesk, and OsTicket. I have created a ticket with live support, regarding this issue.
