MODX site can't create chunks or snippets
Hello, I have a website with MODX Revolution as backend. Everything worked fine, but today I found out I can no longer create chunks and snippets. A simple google search led me to here: http://forums.modx.com/thread/13593/chunks-and-snippets-not-saving?page=2#dis-post-533379 seems some changes made to mod_security are causing issues now, which seems highly likely because everything worked a while ago and it works on my test environment that I just recreated. I did not do any CMS updates.
It just says saving... and it does not complete. Support assured me it's not a server related issue. Are there any steps to be taken on the MODX side?

Hello, Thank you for your contacting us about an issue creating chunks/snippets in Modx. As a test, you can disable mod_security from cPanel.
