Hello joannmckenzie, and thanks for your question.

I apologize if you're having some trouble navigating around your account. From what I can gather taking a look at your account notes it appears that you were having some issues getting your domain name actually pointed over to us, and possibly that's were some of your confusion is coming from.

It looks like you transferred your domain registration to us, but when this is done it doesn't automatically update the name servers as well. So your domain would continue to point to your old host prior to this being updated to point to us.

Taking a look at your site on our server via the temporary URL I see that it looks to have been successfully uploaded and it appears to be displaying fine.

In regards to passwords for our services there is really only 1 that you need to remember, and this is your AMP (Account Management Panel) password. Since you can reset your cPanel password from AMP if you ever happen to forget that one.

Here is our guide on the difference between cPanel and AMP:

cPanel vs AMP

Toward the bottom of that article it also has links to how to use each, and then the other thing you'd want to keep handy is information on how to reset your cPanel password if you forgot it via this guide:

Reset cPanel password from within AMP

That's really all there is to it, you login to cPanel to manage everything for your website such as your e-mail accounts or any databases, and you login to AMP for things related to our services such as billing information or if you need to reset your cPanel password to gain access again.

If you would like for us to go ahead and update your domain name to actually point to our servers so that you can login directly using your domain name please let us know via a support ticket.

Additionally if you did in fact wish to close out your account and cancel please submit a ticket as well to support stating this.

In order to submit a ticket, please shoot an e-mail to (support@webhostinghub.com) being sure to include your username, and the AMP password of your account or the last 4 digits of the credit card on file for verification.

I hope that information was helpful and that you decide to hang around with our service. If you have any further questions at all please don't hesitate to ask and we'd be glad to help.

- Jacob
