Website showing a links page
We cannot access our website even our webmail. we only see a girl on a picture with related links. We check our accounts and billing and we found that our renewal date will be on 2015-02-28 and a term of 1 year. we don't know what is the meaning of it but i hope you could give us feedback on how can we access our corporate website is www.magicgrp.com because it really affects our business. Thank you

Hello Dariel, Thank you for your question. This behavior is indicative of an expired domain name. This is a separate expiration date from the hosting account. If the domain name has expired, it will show a parked page after a while, generally 7-14 days. You will want to go to the registrar with which you have the domain currently registered and renew it. In looking at your account, this seems to have been done, It now has an active subscription and is pointing back to our name servers. This change can take 4-24 hours to propagate throughout the web, but I am already showing the regular website from our end. Regards, Scott M |
