site map generator has stopped working

I can no longer generate a site map. I've tried 2 different programs and they both stop at the index page and the page linked to that called index2
What has happened?

Could you clarify what specifically you are using to generate your sitemaps?

I have used an old program called Gsite crawler which worked until today
I then tried one recommended by Webhub - xml.sitemaps.com
Both gave the same results
