Errors when opening site

My site not to open already almost two days!
The second time I am sending a similar message, but the results or communications about solutions to this problem has not yet been received.
Let me remind you that I yesterday deleted all the files from my Account and re-uploaded them as offered one from your staff, but the situation has not changed - the site is not loading.
Do you have specialists who can figure out what the cause of this error.
It's been passed more than two day from the date of activation of my Account.
Please solve this problem. Last four digits of my Cr. card - XXXX.

Hello onlin164, Thank you for contacting us. Since this is a public forum I have X'd out your personal information for security purposes. I looked at your domain name, and it is not currently registered. You can register a domain from AMP, it will be free for the first year since you have a domain registration credit. Then allow up to 24 hours for the domain to propagate, and your site will resolve. You can use your Temp URL in the meantime to access your site.
