How do I make my old website inactive for www.bettyrossdecorating.com and upload a new one for www.bettyrossdecorating.com created using HOUZZ.com Site Designer template?

Hello,

I checked that domain houzz.com and I was not able to find a website template designer. However if you remove the files either via the File manager or FTP then you can upload the files from that designer the same way.
