Hello, Thank you for your question. I am sorry to hear you are having issues with your site connection today. In doing a dig on the website information, I am showing you have the domain name pointed to an IP address of 10.129.20.35. This is not our IP address and will affect the site, FTP connection, email connection, anything using the domain name. To correct this, you will want to point the domain name to the proper server IP address. You can find your shared IP within your cPanel. You can also get into your cPanel from within your Account Management Panel (AMP). You can find AMP login information here as well. Once you have the seerver IP information, you will want to change the domains A record to point from the current IP of 10.129.20.35 to the server IP. You can do this via the Advanced DNS Zone editor located in your cPanel. Kindest Regards, Scott M |
