Adding another Wordpress site with a new domain
Dear Sir
Now I'm running my own Wordpress site, and I'm planning a new Wordpress with a new domain. Then how can I set up a new web site? Wordpress site is already located in public_html folder. Should I reinstall two different Wordpress systems in different two folder?

Hello, Thank you for your question about hosting 2 separate WordPress websites. First, add the new domain to your cPanel as an Addon domain. This will create a new folder (within the public_html), for the files to live in. Then, install Wordpress on the new Addon domain using Softaculous.
