I have been trying to add an order form to the web site http://albans-oil.net using Visual Form Builder. When I fill in the form name, the company and the Reply-To E-mail and then click the Create Form button, I am then redirected to a page with the message, "You currently do not have any forms. Click here to get started" and an offer to buy Visual Form Builder Pro, but no new form. To test for a plugin conflict, I tried disabling all the plugins I had activated in addition to VFB (Corpo, eShop Shipping Extension, Nice PayPal Button, WordPress Database Backup, WP Migrate DB) and then reactivating only VFB, but there was no change in my ability to add a form. The theme I am using is Attitude (http://wordpress.org/themes/attitude) and I'm using Google Chrome 29.0.1547.76m. All plugins are up to date as of yesterday. Thanks for any help!

Hello CDSherlock,

Sorry to hear you're having problems with the Visual Form Builder. I took the time to install this third-party plugin to my test site and then checked to see if I could duplicate your problem Since it is a third-party plugin please bear in mind that our help may be limited depending on the issue. So you might want to consult directly with the plugin's developer should the issue continue. You can find their support forum and tutorials here: Visual Form Builder - Support

When the plugin is loaded, I do see the message "You currently do not have any forms." I click on ADD NEW, then I fill in a few of the fields and try to add the form to a page. I am able to do so without any errors. When I view the page, I can also see the added form.

I did login to your WordPress Administrator and look at it. Click on the actual icon for VISUAL FORM BUILDER, then at the top of the screen you should see a button that says ADD NEW. Go through the process of creating the form, and save it. Then go to your page or post and add the form there. It worked for me.

I did also poke around on the WordPress forum and I happened to see someone with the exact same reported issue - but no response. There are no other reports of the issue that I can find. It's also very possible that you're using a function that requires that you purchase the plugin.

Apologies again that I can't provide you a direct answer. Please let us know if you have any further questions or comments.

Regards,
Arnel C.

Thanks, Arnel! I solved the issue by deleting the Visual Form Builder plugin, reinstalling it and re-creating the form.
