I was working in my wordpress admin and got kicked out with a 404 or 403 message. When I tried to log back in, it would not recognize my email address. I tried to troubleshoot through some forums on here and tried the advice from this article: http://www.webhostinghub.com/help/news/general/wp-login-brute-force-attack BUT not I have Internal Server Error and cannot see the admin log in page nor the actual web page. I am not techy and don't know much about coding, I fear I did something wrong AND was compromised. Where do I go from here?
