Sorry, that's at TheDailyNeutron.com.
Using a mac OS 7
wordpress 3.3.1
Haven't been on for a couple of days,
logged in today (which is odd, because I opt for always logged in)
and the dashboard and the top menu for stats and such are gone.
The site is there on the web, but no way to do anything with it.
All that's left is the dashboard icon at the top of the column and profiles. I click on dashboard and nothing happens.
I've tried advices from forums such as deleting index.php, didn't work. Tried renaming folders of plug ins, did n't work. I put everything back the way it was before I deleted or renamed. That's where we are right now.
Again, help is appreciated.

Hello aganzul,

I'm sorry you're having trouble with your WordPress dashboard. In order to pinpoint this issue, I do have a few suggestions. Have you checked to make sure that you are logging in with the admin user for the dashboard? If you are logging in with a different user name that does not have admin privileges, then you wouldn't be able to see all of the dashboard that the admin user usually sees.

Without being able to log into the WordPress dashboard or looking through database ourselves, this would be quite difficult to trouble shoot. I also see that you have a ticket open with our Support Team regarding this as well. Can you please respond to that ticket and provide the information requested (WordPress user name and password and account verification)? Please also provide your cPanel password when you respond to that email so that we can review your WordPress database.

Regards,

Christi N.
