Changing my WordPress header image

I am building my website and have made decent progress. However, I am having a problem with my header. I uploaded a custom picture using the exact size recommendations. I can see it just fine, but no one else can. Any idea why that would be?

Hi Becca, I'm sorry you're having trouble customizing your header. When I visit your site I see a custom header at the top of your site. If others are not seeing the same image, perhaps they previously visited your site and are seeing a cached version of the page. Please ask them to try clearing their browser cache to make sure they are not viewing a cached version. If the issue continues or re-occurs, please provide details such as what others are seeing vs. what you are seeing.
