Does site URL need to be same as WordPress URL?
Hello Community Support,
In my WordPress General Settings page, I noticed that my Site URL was the same as the WordPress URL: acupuncturistinny.com/wp. I changed the Site URL to acupuncturistinny.com because that's the address I want my clients to use. I'm still getting the message: This website is currently under construction.
Please advise - I have no computer language training.

Hello Nyacupuncturist, We're not using any programming in this issue. The problem is that you installed Wordpress specifically to the path you indicated above: http://acupuncturistinny.com/wp Wordpress uses this definition to get to the installation. If you want to change it to something else - this can be done, but you have to change a few things. Here are the instructions FROM Wordpress on making this change. Again, this is NOT using a programming language -you're just making changes in text. If you're not familiar with the working with files and changing text, then refer to the link below (on using Cpanel File Manager).
