Hello Theaviator,

Thank you for your question. This error typically occurs when you have installed Wordpress on your domain with the secure protocol in the address, for example:
https://

In order for your domain to work with "https" you would have to purchase an SSL for your specific domain.

Alternately, you can install wordpress without the 'https' protocol in the address, for example:
http://

The 'http' address does not require an SSL to be installed.

I see you contacted live support and they were able to assist you, are you still experiencing issues at this time?

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below, or contact live Tech Support.

Thank you,

-John-Paul
