I am installing the phpMyAdmin (version 4.2.10) onto my domain following these steps:
http://www.webhostinghub.com/help/learn/cpanel/how-do-i-install-phpmyadmin-onto-my-account

When I get to step #10, and type in my domain name ( http://colleen-tracey.com/phpmyadmin/setup/ ), instead of the setup page, I see the following message in the browser "PHP 5.3+ is required".

You may be running an older version of PHP. To fix this, you may change your PHP version in cPanel.
