I was trying to update a twitter plugin on my wordpress site. Now I get this:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_current_blog_id() in /home/cultur27/public_html/wp-content/plugins/kebo-twitter-feed/inc/widget.php on line 9

I can't access my wordpress site anymore.

Hello jenniferalin,

Thank you for your question. As per your error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_current_blog_id() in /home/cultur27/public_html/wp-content/plugins/kebo-twitter-feed/inc/widget.php on line 9

This problem looks to be caused by the kebo-twitter-feed widget, I recommend disabling it.

Since you cannot access your Wordpress site, you can disable this plugin by renaming the folder. Here is a link to a full walk-through guide on how to accomplish this.

After, renaming disabling the plugin, you should be able to access your website again. I recommend checking if there is a different version of the plugin, or a similar plugin you could use.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
Thank you,

-John-Paul
