I need an upload increase for Wordpress. Chat tried helping but was unable to get it done. The php.ini is set but no results.

Hello,

Thank you for your question. Are you experiencing any error messages when trying to upload? If so, please respond with the exact error text. Also, provide the exact steps you are taking so we can troubleshoot. The php.ini is normally a good place to start. Is that file set to be recursive? We are unable to change any files for you from here as you would need to be verified in order to do so. We do not verify in the public area, so that would need to be done via the Live Support team.
