Everytime i enter an image into a post it takes up all the space to the side. Meaning i cannot put text to the side of my image. Also i have very limited control over where i can even place the image or how it looks when i go to the post url. Can you offer any advise please?

Hello again Russelbrandtrews,

Thanks for the question. You will need to add padding or a margin around the graphic in CSS or HTML. You can do it inline (meaning directly with your image code) like this:

<img style="float: right; margin: 0px 0px 15px 15px;" class="std_ss" width="150" alt="Software Setup" src="/help/images/software-setup.png" align="right" />

The margin option is designated in pixels above. The 1st value is the top margin, the second value is the right margin, the 3rd value is the bottom margin, and the 4th value is the left margin. It goes clockwise around the image.

You may need to play around with the setting in order to make it appear the way you want it to. Hope that helps!

Regards,
Arnel C.

Ok thank you for your efforts to provide this answer but it sounds rather time consuming. Is there a plugin that would do something like this making my life easier?

Unfortunately, there is not a plugin to do this as the theme itself needs to be modified.
