(Updated 3/21/2013) We have just rolled out a cPanel tool that will now allow customers the ability to view their direct CPU usage via graphs available in cPanel. Check out our article on monitor CPU resource usage in cPanel for the full details. Hello Christoxl, I'm sorry to hear about your site suspension and thanks for contacting us. Unfortunately, there is no way to directly monitor cpu usage for your website since you are on a shared server. According to your account, it does appear that you were using Wordpress and you did not have caching set. If you are getting heavy traffic and that is the source of your site usage, then you may want to optimize as you have been instructed, then email systems or support (whoever you were currently in contact with) and request a review of your site to make sure that everything is running optimally. Live support and/or Systems will best be able to give you an idea of your current system usage and will best be able to guide you if you require further assistance in optimizing your site. If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page. Regards, Arnel C. |
