For the first time ever I am not able to gain access to my wordpress website's admin. My computer remembers the password but is no longer accepted. I re-entered the password, but not accepted. When I clicked 'get a new password', the prompt told me to contact my host. What do I do now? I must get to work on the site very soon. I'm quite concerned.

Hello valentine, and thank you for your question, and sorry for the problems you've been having.

When you attempted to login multiple times to your WordPress administration page, did you receive our warning page re-directing you to our notice about the WordPress wp-login.php brute force attack?

On that page it explains that we've taken some proactive measures to protect your WordPress website, and it has instructions for how you can regain access by using some .htaccess rules to limit access to the WordPress admin to only your own IP address.

If you're not having that issue, and instead having problems with WordPress just accepting your login at all. Then I would have to assume that the credentials you're typing in might be incorrect. If this is the issue at hand you can submit a ticket to us at support@webhostinghub.com verifying your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file or your current AMP password, and we can go ahead and reset your WordPress administration password for you.

Please let us know if you have any further questions at all.

- Jacob
