How to change the text background color on my page

on my web page word press.. I have a static home front page and I have added my text content on the page section of dashboard. when it comes up the text page is white
how do I change that color.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us about changing the text background color in WordPress. The option is not available with the basic default WordPress editor, but you can with a 3rd party plugin as described in our guide Restoring the Font Color Background option in Wordpress .
