Hello,

I'm new customer of few weeks, have had lots trouble simply to get my downloaded theme to showup on my ex: www.123mainst.com domain, really frustrated and have chatted with not 1-2 but 3 techs, in oneday who could Not instruct on how to get it resolved.

the 1click install worked, but only the default twenty12 theme shows on the actual domain. -But in wpadmin dashboard, i've changed the theme (fine over there)- just not on my www.domain.

Ive tried MULTIPLE times, of uploading the theme frommy pc directly into the 'themefolder' and keeping/or deleting the default- Nothing works.

Some real help would be great. I'm ready to refund and just go back to the basic site design setup.

thanks.

Hello dream12,

I'm sorry you're having trouble installing your WordPress theme. While looking into this for you, I see that our Support Team was able to assist you with installing your WordPress theme. In case you want to change your theme in the future, I thought you might find it helpful to have more information on installing a theme through your WordPress dashboard.

You can search for and install WordPress themes directly through your WordPress dashboard. For most themes it shouldn't be necessary to upload through the cPanel File Manager (or FTP). If you make an update to your site (like changing your theme) and do not see your changes, be sure to refresh the page in your browser (F5 in most browsers) and if needed, clear your browser's cache.

If you have any questions or need any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are always happy to help.

Regards,

Christi N.
