My website is saint-albans.org. I've had to make some modifications to the site after a theme update broke it and am trying to eliminate all the white space on the homepage. However, no matter how much I add, the white space is always there. Is this something in the .css of the theme I need to change or is there another solution? Thanks for any help!

Hello CDCherlock,

Thank you for your question on whitespace on your website. In looking at your site, I do see several areas of whitespace. In looking at the source, it is simply due to many paragraph tags in the content area. You will need to check your posts, pages, etc to see where these are and remove them.

Kindest Regards,
Scott M

Thanks, Scott! In looking at the text editor, I see several places on the homepage with the tag  . Are these the kinds of things I should remove or is the process I need to follow more like what is described in the following link?

Hello CDSherlock,

Yes, the paragraph tags with the   will create lines of whitespace. Removing those will bring the content closer together, removing a lot of the space.

Kindest Regards,
