Hello TrogHub, If you are receiving an error when attempting to upload media with your WordPress, you want to perform a few tasks for troubleshooting. 1) Switch your theme temporarily back to a default theme. Then try again, if it works, it is something the current theme causing the issue. 2) Disable all your plugins and try. If it works, one of the plugins is causing the issue. To discover which one, enable them one by one and try again each time. Once the error occurs, you will have found the offending plugin. 3) If both of those fail, it is possible that the function may be flagging a security rule. You may disable the mod_security from within your cPanel. If it works after that, then it is the mod_security. If it is the mod_security, you may either leave it disabled, or contact our Live Support team to find out which rule was being violated and see if they can simply disable that one rule for you so you can turn the security back on for all other rules. Best Regards, Scott M |
