I am getting a URL/my-account/ not found Error Message on my website
Hi,
I am building a e-commerce website on Wordpress. When I click on the Login-Register button on my Site, I am getting the following Error message (See Below).
I tried installing the Wordpress Login Plugin, but still the message is not going.
I am a newbie & I dont have much knowledge of HTML's & Coding. I am slowly trying to understand & build my site. Request you to please help me solve this issue.
ERROR MESSAGE -
Not Found
The requested URL /my-account/ was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Hello sia, I am unable to find an account with us, so I can only answer in a general manner. You should not have to use any HTML or other coding when using a plugin. It should work fine. If you are having troube with it, you may want to check the website of the plugin author. They may have a solution already posted on their site in the help section. It is also possible that other plugins are causing an issue. You can test those by turning them off one by one and trying to perform your task. If you find that it works when a specific plugin is turned off, that will be the cause of the error. Best Regards, Scott M |
