I can't use wordpress plug-in to redirect 404 to homepage.

I was trying to install wordpress plug-in , like: "All 404 Redirect to Homepage", "WP SEO Redirect 301", and "Link Juice Keeper" for auto redirecting 404 page to homepage. None of them is working. I got no error code from Wordpress when installing. Please help.

Hello,

Have you tried having your wordpress website in debugging mode while installing the plugin? This should provide errors that would normally be suppressed. Does this happen with all plugins or just certain ones? Have you tried disabling your current plugins then try to install the new one?
