Migrating a WordPress localhost site to Web Hosting Hub

I have created a localhost site on my computer and plan to use Web Hosting Hub as the hosting site for it. I need a tutorial on how exactly to get the files from my computer to Web Hosting Hub once I set up the hosting agreement. Thanks to anyone who can point me in the right direction!
