Tests from certain computers seem to work, so it is inconsistent (seems to work sometimes, but now always).

When testing, I currently see the mail going out just fine. I have tested from the 3 major web browsers (Firefox, Chrome, and Internet Explorer) in which each went out just fine. It sounds like something in the message may be tripping your spam filter on the email address that it is being received on. Try looking through your spam folders as well as disabling spam filtering if you can.
