No download link provided after testing WP e-Commerce Store in WordPress
I followed the steps contained here for the e-book that I want to sell:

And then when I reached this module, Testing Your WP e-Commerce Store in WordPress, and followed it, Paypal processed my payment and my card was charged, and I received the email of my test purchase.
However, there was no download link anywhere. This last paragraph "If your product is a downloadable product when you return from PayPal you will be returned to a page that contains a link to download the file. You should also receive this link via email" did not happen.
I checked my product and the ebook was uploaded. What could I have missed?
(Right now, I placed the Products Page back to draft/unpublished.)

Hello mingab, When it comes to plugins for Wordpress, the best thing to do is to turn to the support from the developer. You can also do a search for the issue at the Wordpress.org forums. I did a search there and see different threads that deal with the same issue. It appears to be caused by different things, so you will need to read the different ones and find the thread that best suits your situation. We did try it here with our test version without issue, so it may be some settings. Again, check the forums at Wordpress and the developer site to be certain. Best Regards, Scott M |
