Hello Alisha, and thanks for your question.

If you've just recently setup your account with us, it can take between 4-24 hours before the domain name you registered is fully available from everywhere on the Internet.

During this time period, you could use your temporary URL to access your website. However note that if you're using WordPress it won't function fully over the temporary URL so you would have to configure WordPress on your temporary URL.

Another great alternative would be to modify your hosts file, which would force your computer to go ahead and resolve your domain name to our server without waiting for the DNS propagation. Doing it this way, you'd see your WordPress website exactly like it would look like if your domain propagation had completed.

Finally, alternatively, you could just wait until you're able to access the domain name in your web-browser. Once you are able to do that, you should be able to access the folder your installed WordPress in and see your WordPress site.

Please let us know if you had any other questions at all, or if you're still running into issues.

- Jacob
