Own custom domain for Wordpress

Regarding the new version of wordpress 4.4.2, please instruct me how to change the site url to my own domain name.

Hello,

Thank you for your contacting us about changing your site URL. You can change your WordPress URL in the Dashboard (if you have access), or directly in the wp-config file by adding the following lines:
define('WP_HOME','http://example.com');
define('WP_SITEURL','http://example.com');

Be sure to replace example.com with your actual domain name.

For Wordpress version 4.4.2, I cannot find such URL modification area in setting in Dashboard.

I also add the following lines; but nothing has been changed. Please make sure this is version 4.4.2.
define('WP_HOME','http://example.com');
define('WP_SITEURL','http://example.com');

This works with all versions of WordPress. You can also update those fields in the database in the WP_Options table.
