I just signed up this morning and I am in the early stages of set-up through WordPress. I just installed it and clicked on both the public and the admin URLs, and got the message "Safari can't find Server". Is this normal? Is there just some delay? Have I missed a step or am I just not at the point yet where I should be able to see it? Thank you in advance for your assistance. I am very new to this.

Hello Gmonaghan,

Thanks for contacting us. I checked your account and it appears that you have just set everything up, including the domain name. When you first register a domain name, it does require up to 24 hours of propagation time - which is the time it takes for the name to be recognized by the servers on internet. So you haven't really missed a step. Give it a day, and you'll see everything come up okay.

Here's an article that describes the Propagation issue in more detail:

What is DNS propagation?

You can also use the temporary URL to ask you site files and the server during this period. To find your temp URL information login to the Account Management Panel (AMP), and go to Account & Billing and select DETAILS. In the table of your listed subscriptions, you should see another link for details. Clicking on this link will give you the information you need.

If you require further assistance, you may contact Technical support or please leave a comment.

Best regards,
Arnel C.
