Server upload size limit

When I try to upload a video on my wordpress theme I get the warnibg that the server upload size limit is 128mb. How can I increase the size limit

Sorry for the error in your WordPress. You can set the upload size in your php.ini in your public_html location. Please see the following link on how to edit your php.ini.

How do I Update my Local PHP Settings?

You will need to make your php.ini recursive for it to effect the subfolders on your account.
