I installed WordPress 3.3.1 via the cPanel and followed the instruction:
Leave empty to install in the root directory of the domain (access example: http://domain/).
Enter only the directory name to install in a directory (for http://domain/name/ enter name only). This directory SHOULD NOT exist, it will be automatically created!

I received confirmation that an instance of WordPress was installed in my website http://magsbag.com with a full installation path: /home/magsba5/public_html

I added and edited media, created posts, categories, pages. Got Status: Published. However, when i hit preview it redirects to a blank page. - Nothing shows.
http://magsbag.com/?p=1&preview=true&preview_id=1&preview_nonce=898793d1f2

• it shows Post updated but when i hit "View post" it redirects to a blank page
http://magsbag.com/?p=1

Any help will be much appreciated.

Hello John,

I'm sorry you were having trouble with your WordPress site. While looking into this for you I see that our Support Team was able to assist you with renaming the index.html file from your previous site built with the Premium Website Builder. When switching software for creating your site, it's always best to remove files created by the other software before installing the new software. If you have any issues with your WordPress site in the future, please see our article on Troubleshooting WordPress.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.
