Hello bridalpro, I'll be happy to assist! Generally that type of error is due to an issue in the coding, or the users were not added. Transferring a WordPress blog can be a little more tricky, since in the wp-config file you will have to update the database username and password. When you import/export your site I'd recommend reading our <a href='http://www.webhostinghub.com/help/learn/wordpress/wordpress-migrate' target='_blank'>guide on moving a WordPress website</a>. Another thing to consider is doing a new install of WordPress through Fantastico and use the import/export tool to transfer your content from your old site to your new site.
