Hello bridalpro,

I'll be happy to assist! Generally that type of error is due to an issue in the coding, or the users were not added. Transferring a WordPress blog can be a little more tricky, since in the wp-config file you will have to update the database username and password.

When you import/export your site I'd recommend reading our guide on moving a WordPress website. Another thing to consider is doing a new install of WordPress through Fantastico and use the import/export tool to transfer your content from your old site to your new site. This will ensure your database is set up correctly. If you get stuck during the process or just have any other questions, post them as a comment here and I'll be happy to assist further!

Kevin
