Hello Tylersmyler, Thanks for the question and sorry for the issues. It appears that the code in your .htaccess file is set to block by IP address. So, if your IP address is NOT included in that list, then you will get that error message. When I removed it, the access to the WP-Admin works just fine. I did replace it to keep your security intact. You can find out more information on how the .htaccess security works by looking at this article: WP Login Brute Force Attack. This article explains how you can prevent these attacks by using code within the .htaccess file. I hope this helps to explain the error you're seeing. It's not actually an error.
