Word Press log in errors
Hi,
When I attempt to log in to my workpress blog (http://koffeekoans.com) I get some errors that I don't know how to react to. Can you help me get on my feet with this?
This is what I get when I attempt to login:

Hello DAVIDWP, We can certainly take a look at the error and what is causing it. TO do so, we would need to be able to test it. Going to the site and the wp-admin login area is working fine. If you get the error when trying to log in, we would need to also be able to do that to troubleshoot. You can send the specific information to docs@webhostinghub.com Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password. As we do not actively monitor that address, be sure to leave a comment below so we know the information was sent. We specifically need the admin username and password for the wordpress. It appears it is an issue with a plugin named wordpress-seo-rank, but until we can test, that is simply a guess. Best Regards, Scott M |
