I just installed a fresh WordPress site and I get 500 server error in admin section when I try to access themes or plugins. I checked htaccess file for AddHandler application/x-httpd-php52 .php line to comment out but it is not there. All other areas can be accessed ok.

I took a look at your account and you had this line defined in your .htaccess file within your home directory. I commented it out and tested your wp-admin in which everything is now working well.
