I am having trouble with wordpress 3.8 installs on my Webhostinghub server. From the wordpress Dashboard both the Plugin and Theme menu options don't load, instead taking me to a blank page of the website front end. The weird things is this is happening with two different wordpress installs with two different themes from different suppliers.

At first I thought it was either the theme or plugin. I tested this one my main website www.jonathonchan.com.au by uninstalling all plugins and changing the theme but the problem still persisted.

Today I installed wordpress (from within CPanel) on a subdomain ubc.jonathonchan.com.au and before doing anything the same problem occurred. This was on the default theme with not plugins installed. This leads me to think that maybe it's a hosting thing.

I've searched extensively different wordpress forums but cannot find anyone having the same problem.

Do you have any suggestions. Thanks in advance.
