How to Create a Custom Form With WPForms

In this article, you will learn how to create a custom form with WPForms in BoldGrid. You may recall that BoldGrid used Ninja Forms to create contact forms. This has changed to the WPForms plugin.

WPForms comes with a whole series of pre-built forms that you can use to generate dynamic forms on your site. However, you may encounter a situation in which a custom form will best meet your needs.

How to Create a Custom Form with WPForms

Follow along with the steps below to create your form. In order to follow these steps you will need to open a web browser and navigate to your BoldGrid site. If you're already there, then you're good to go.

In the example below, we're going to create a very basic Information Request form.

1. Log into your BoldGrid admin area
2. Under the WPForms click Add New
3. Enter a name for the form
4. Under Select a Template choose to Create a Blank Form
5. Choose the fields you want from the Standard Fields
6. Click Save
