When you sign up with Web Hosting Hub, your home page will show a default landing page:
Once you have uploaded your own content, the landing page shouldn't display. If it does, you will need to:
If you did the steps above and the landing page still shows, you can manually remove it. This is easy to do as the landing page's located in your public_html folder. To delete the file, first log into your File Manager. Make sure you log into the Web Root. This will show all the files currently on your account:
If you have not uploaded your site yet, there will only be a few files. In this example I have already uploaded many other files, so your folder will look different. As highlighted above, the file you will want to remove is default.htm. Click on default.htm and click Delete (red X) at the top of the page:
A pop-up will ask if you are sure:
Click Delete File(s), and the default landing page will be removed from your account.

Hello Ernie,
Thank you for your question. To see the default website load, you will navigate to the domain you registered through us. The default.html file should be located in the public_html folder. If it is not loading there may be an index file in the same folder, or the default.html file may have been deleted. If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below. Thank you, John-Paul |

Hello Kreed,
Thank you for contacting us. Ensure you have cleared your Browser cache. Also, make sure you are pointed to our servers already. We are happy to help you troubleshoot further, but will need some additional information. Can you provide the domain name, so we can replicate the issue? If you have made any DNS changes recently, did you allow 24 hours for propagation. Thank you, John-Paul |
