Hello, Sorry to hear you are having issues with your domain transfer. The AMP works most of the time, but is coded to not accept expired domains or those within 14 days of expiration. We highly recommend the domain not be expired in order to transfer. This does not mean the domain cannot be transferred, but would need to be done manually via our Support Team. To have that done, simply send in the request for a manual transfer via email at support@webhostinghub.com Be sure to also verify the account with either the current AMP password or the last 4 digits of the credit card on file.
