Spam zip files are being emailed to me
Hi there,
im getting 5+ spam emails a day that have random zip files attached to them, can you please look into this. I never received these before and since switching email hosts I now get them regularly,

Hello Lucy, Thank you for contacting us about Spam being emailed to you. I can relate to your concern, as spam is a major headache for everyone. Our Spam Prevention section goes over several way to reduce the amount of spam you receive. I recommend using Spam Assassin at the least. I also noticed an email address (info@) listed in your public WHOIS record, and on your website in plaintext. Keep in mind this can cause spam and you may want obfuscate the address on your site with a CAPTCHA type system, and use privacy on your domain. I'd be happy to review any spam emails you may receive, since they must be handled on a case-by-case basis.
