why I get under construction page

I hosted two sites

winebox.co.il - work good
and
vinobox.co.il - got under construction page

Both have the same information....
I get in into vinobox ftp and I see the files.
included the index.php
the same file like in winebox.

but in vinobox.co.il its show me under construction page.

what is the problem?

Hi there!

I tested, but I was not able to replicate the problem you're describing. When I visit vinobox.co.il, I get a server not found error. Do you have that domain name registered?

If your index.php file is not loading by default, most likely you have an index.html or index.htm file loading first. If you delete the other index files, your index.php file should load first.
