Are you keeping the hosting account and simply wish to cancel a domain that you have registered? You can do this by contacting our support team through chat/email/phone. However, you will need to have a domain set as the "primary domain" even if it is a placeholder name. The primary domain is the domain name used to name your account. Are you canceling the domain AND your hosting account? If you are doing this, then you can view our documentation on cancelling the account. If you are canceling due to a technical issue please let us know and we would be glad to investigate the issue in order to hopefully resolve and keep your account active. In both cases, you will need to contact support to have the domain or domain+hosting account closed. The main difference is if you're keeping the hosting account open or not.
