How to temporary disable domain privacy (to add SSL)?

This page says that domain privacy must be removed in order to add an SSL certificate... http://www.webhostinghub.com/help/learn/website/ssl/get-ssl-certificate

but can't find anywhere a way to do this. Thank you.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us about removing domain privacy. You are no longer required to remove domain privacy when purchasing an SSL certificate. Just make sure you fill in the request with valid information for you or your business.
