ssl certificate installation steps after receiving confirmation email

after receiving the confirmation email that my ssl certificate has successfully been installed, what steps should i follow to get the https? I am using prestashop 1.6 and the certificate that has been installed is not yet reflecting when i try to view it. thanks

Thanks for the question about using SSL in PrestaShop. Please refer to this article and you will see the tutorial for General Preferences that allow you to enable your SSL certificate in PrestaShop. If you have any further questions, please let us know.
