I recently installed SSL certs. Does that have anything to do with it?

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us today. Part of the SSL installation requires that you setup a dedicated IP address.

When a new IP address is assigned it may cause intermittent issues until it fully propagates, which can take up to 24 hours.
